And it's still happening. That's the frustrating part, right? All that awareness and you're still doing the thing you didn't want to do.

That's not because something is wrong with you. It's because understanding and actually changing are two completely different things. And this is where we close that gap.

Real change requires:
getting honest with the parts of yourself you've been avoiding, going below the mind where your patterns are actually encoded, and coming into the body where your truth actually lives.

Three phases. Each one made possible by the last

HOW IT WORKS

Ten sessions. The first four are weekly - we go deep quickly and the closeness of those sessions matters.
Then every two weeks, giving your life room to actually shift between sessions.
Four to five months in total.

SESSIONS 1 - 4

This is where we slow down and get honest. Not the version of honest you've been doing alone — where you understand everything but still can't feel it all the way through.

We find out what you actually want underneath what you think you should want. We look at what's been in the way, how long it's been there, and what it's cost you. And for the first time you don't have to figure any of that out alone.

Most women say these first sessions feel like finally being heard. Heard. That's where everything starts.

Seeing & Safety

SESSIONS 5- 7

This is the part most people skip. And it's the reason most things don't stick.

Because the way you go quiet when you most want to speak, the way you give in when you meant to hold your ground, the way you close right before someone could actually get close - It was learned in your past.

So this is where we go to where it actually lives. The body keeps the score. This part takes courage, honesty and an accountability our minds can trick itself out of.
We go there and we bring something those places never got the first time around - real embodied truth, and love.

This is the deepest part. It's also where everything actually changes.

Going Under

SESSIONS 8–10

By this point something has genuinely shifted. And now the question is how do you live from that place.

In your actual life. In the argument you're having on a Wednesday night. In the decision you used to overthink for a week. In the way you talk to yourself when something goes wrong.

This is where it becomes yours. Something you are. I help you integrate it.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

10 deep coaching sessions

So practically: you get ten sessions with me, each one 75 minutes.

The first four are weekly because I want that momentum at the start. Then we move to every two weeks because you need time to actually live what's shifting. The work doesn't stop when we hang up. It starts.

Voice & text support

Between sessions you can reach me. Voice message, text - whatever comes up.
Because sometimes the most important moment isn't in the session, it's on a Tuesday afternoon when something cracks open and you don't know what to do with it. I'm there for that.

Between-session practices

I'll give you practices between sessions. Not homework - nothing that feels like a task, but a lot that will challenge you… ways to stay in relationship with what we opened. A meditation, something to write, something to try in a real moment with a real person. Small things that keeps you moving forward

The full journey

This isn't ten isolated conversations. It's one continuous journey across four to five months. Every session builds on the last. Every shift gets to settle before we go deeper. It is your pace, your growth in focus - full on customised with he toolset I have. You're getting a transformation that has time and space to actually happen.
