I teach what I've had to learn the hard way
I'm Freya. I came to this work through my own unravelling — a banking career that looked right but felt wrong, a back surgery that stopped me in my tracks, and a solo walk across the Camino that cracked everything open.
What followed were years of deep healing — QHHT, Reiki, yoga teacher training, parts work, coaching certification — not as boxes to tick, but because I needed to understand why I kept choosing freeze and fawn over truth. Why the "not good enough" wound ran everything.
Now I work with women and couples who already know something needs to shift. You've read the books. You understand the concepts. But understanding isn't the same as embodying. That's where I come in.
